The fruit of the Guérande salt-workers’ traditional methods and know-how, Le Paludier de Guérande Fleur de Sel is made up of small crystals that form on the surface of the water in the “œillets”. Very rare and of outstanding quality, it is collected with great care using a “lousse” and then simply left to drain in the sun. In compliance with IGP specifications, it is additive-free. Its special flavour and texture will enhance any dish. It is ideal as a final touch to the preparation of a meat dish, a salad, foie gras, etc.
